Dulac Street Final Alignment Neighborhood Walk
We are nearing the completion of final design plans for the reconstruction of Dulac Street. Please plan to join us on Monday, September 15th at 4:00pm when we will meet at the corner of Slayton Hill and Dulac Street to conduct a neighborhood walk to review the proposed design. The walk will begin at the intersection and proceed to the end of the project area located at #23 Dulac Street. It is our plan to adjourn the walk around 5:00pm and reconvene at approximately 5:15pm in Room #5 at Lebanon College. Representatives from the City's Department of Public Works along with our engineering consultant Fay, Spofford & Thorndike (FST) will be in attendance to discuss the plans in greater detail and answer any questions you may have.

Public participation is always encouraged and appreciated, and while we hope that you and your neighbors will be able to attend the meeting on September 15th , we understand that some of you may not be able to make the date or time. Therefore, members of DPW staff will be available to discuss any questions or comments, so please feel free to contact them at 448-3112. Plans will be posted on the City's website at www.lebnh.net and a hard copy will be available for viewing at the Department of Public Works, 193 Dartmouth College Highway, beginning Monday, September 15th, 2014. Members of the City Council will also be invited and encouraged to attend.

If you have any questions, or would like to speak with me in advance of the above mentioned meeting, please contact my office at 603-448-4220.

Sincerely,
Gregory D. Lewis
City Manager
