CSO10
The City of Lebanon has posted an Advertisement for Bids for Combined Sewer Separation - Contract No. 10 – which encompasses all or portions of seven streets including full depth pavement reconstruction, sewer utilities, water utilities, storm drainage utilities, pavement overlays, retaining walls and other related appurtenances.
CSO #10 involves the separation of storm water and sewer lines along with replacement of water lines. The Department of Public Works is responsible for a large part of the public health/safety sector with respect to the drinking water of the city. Many residents don’t often think of what goes on underneath the street that pertains to their health.

In the latest episode of Lebanon in Depth, City Manager Greg Lewis discussed a few of Lebanon's construction projects with Public Works Director Mike Lavalla, Assistant Public Works Director Bruce Temple and City Engineer Christina Hall.
